If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin was ready earlier than the posted 3 pm time, which was welcoming after the long drive to get there. The cabin was very clean and organized. There were plenty of clean bath towels, pillows and linens upon our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with service ware and appliances. (Will need to bring your own spices and oils) The cabin was spacious and cozy with beautiful wooded views. There were cabins near us, but is was very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor T.V. and fireplace on the patio was awesome! There were multiple fireplaces in the cabin, which added to the coziness. My favorite moments were drinking coffee and relaxing on the porch, as well as grilling meals on the patio and being surrounded by nature. We easily passed on most nearby attractions just to get the full experience and relaxation of the cabin stay. Would 100% recommend this cabin, as well as the Elk Springs company.
Spring Break Getaway With Extended Family
My wife and I along with our two boys (11 and 6) stayed at the Treehouse Swim Cabin for four nights during spring break. We were joined by my mother- and father-in-law and two nephews (15 and 11). Very nice cabin with plenty of room in a great location in Wears Valley halfway between Townsend and Sevierville. It's also only a couple of miles from the Little Greenbrier entrance to the national park. The cabin seems fairly new with lots of nice touches. The boys loved the game room and the bunk beds.

Me and my wife stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and had a great stay, cabin was clean and ready when we arrived met all our expectations and more!
Relax And Unwind
The cabin was very nice. The outdoor fireplace furniture is a bit uncomfortable and elderly wouldn't be able to use as it sits very low. The few problems s we had management was quick to fix or walk us through. One being low water in the swim spa and another not knowing the grill had a special switch. We did have issues with the microwave flipping a breaker 2xs while trying to cook. Beds were comfy, house is full of blankets to wrap up around the fire and relax, and we loved the electric fireplaces o both levels.
Tree House Swim Cabin!
Elk springs was the easiest rental company I’ve ever dealt with! The cabin was mostly clean (some of the dishes had food on them that I washed off), but overall was a beautiful cabin and a great time!
