Awesome view of mountains. Great location. We were a group of 12 and enjoyed a lot. There is plenty of space and games to make the stay better.

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Everyone that stayed had a blast and the view was breathtaking! We will definitely be back. Unbeatable price for a large group.

Johnson Family Pre-Thanksgiving Visit at Dreamscapes
9 total family members we had plenty of room with the 5 bedrooms and 5 and 1/2 baths-large kitchen and dining room table for at least 12 made meal prep and family meal time great - game room with pool table and video arcade console was fantastic for all of us but my 3 teenage grand daughters loved the set up plus the fact that their bedroom was adjacent to not only the game room but also the movie theater room (brought some good westerns with us and had a good time watching ) - the mountain views were simply stunning - highly recommend this cabin for family and or friend gatherings
