Nice stay
Overall, my family was pretty enjoyed staying at our rental property. We had 3 nights and prepared our morning breakfast there in the cabin where they provide all cookwares for our needs.

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Nice house with dangerous streets
Overall, the property was nice and comfortable. The problem with our trip was, that we did not expected that the road was going to be that dangerous. The house is literally on the top of the mountain and when you are going up the hill, there is no security fences, nor lines on the street that will guide you. This is worst when there is a terrible fog. One of us had to step out the car to guide us, because we could not see anything at all. This bad experience could mess up a good trip, because you are exposing your life.
Winter renters cautioned
We were unable to access to take occupancy of the unit due to a few inches of snow and the steep terrain even with our 4 wheel drive truck . Maybe not the best location for winter renters who want to make trips daily down to Gatlinburg and surrounding areas.
Above and beyond
Roads to property were horrible. Toaster did not work. Email address did not work. Spent 30 minutes to check out at 8:25- I spoke a human and she checked me out. The water pressure in the kitchen and one bathroom was very low. Need to include in description about property that it really up the mountain with extremely narrow winding roads. And it did not have a mountain view as advertised.
